25Can I place an apartment on hold before I book it?
We operate a first-come, first-served policy. However sometimes we are able to place an apartment 'on hold' for a short time -please contact us and we will be happy to help.
25Do I have to pay a security deposit?
Charge card details are generally taken for a deposit. Deposits are refunded once the apartment has been checked on your departure.
25Do you offer group discounts?

25How can I make a reservation?
You can easily make a reservation through our website by selecting your desired dates and following the simple booking process.
25How is housekeeping and linen change arranged?
The housekeeping team will change the linen and towels on a two weekly basis for our longer term bookings unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
25I want to make a booking for several months - will I have to pay for the whole stay when I book?
For stays of over 4 weeks, we are happy to invoice on a monthly basis. Payment is due before the period covered on the invoice.
25Is it possible to view an apartment before I book?
Yes we can usually arrange viewings, though this can depend on occupancy of the apartments at the time.

25Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, we have a cancellation policy in place. You can find the details on the booking page or contact our customer service for more information.
25Is there parking available?
Yes, there is limited free parking available on site and on the streets surrounding the property. There is no cost associated with parking.
25What facilities are available in the apartment?
All apartments are fully furnished, have a full kitchen and an ensuite. There is a communal laundry in the building as well.
25What is a serviced apartment?
A serviced apartment is just that, an apartment that can be hired on a nightly basis to include cleaning, with towels and linen changed on a regular basis.
All the apartments are fully furnished, have a kitchen and offer many hotel-like services. With the added luxury of cooking your own meals as and when you choose, a serviced apartment really is a home away from home.
25What is included in the rate?
The rates shown are per apartment per night and include all utilities and local taxes. Typically apartment rates are 10-35% less expensive than an equivalent hotel rooms.
25What is the check-in/check-out time?
Standard check-in time is 10AM, and check-out time is 3PM. However, we try to accommodate special requests when possible.

25Who pays for the utility bills and council tax?
One of the many advantages of serviced apartments is that all the utilities, council tax, TV licence, and telephone line rental are included in the rates quoted. You do not need to contact service providers at all.
